Federal agents have arrested American rapper, Sean 鈥淒iddy鈥� Combs.
He was arrested by federal agents on Monday night in a Manhattan hotel, in New York.

The singer has faced ongoing scrutiny for nearly a year, stemming from accusations made by ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in a civil lawsuit, which sparked a flurry of at least 10 additional suits. Although, Combs has consistently denied all allegations.
While prosecutors haven鈥檛 disclosed the charges, Combs鈥� lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, criticized the US Attorney鈥檚 Office for pursuing what he considers an unjust prosecution.
Agnifilo noted that Combs had voluntarily traveled to New York anticipating the charges.
鈥淲e are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney鈥檚 Office. Sean 鈥淒iddy鈥� Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man, and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children, and working to uplift the Black community,鈥� he added in a statement.
The lawyer added:
